In fact, during a recent mini shoot at Penthouse Playrooms in Dunstable, I was surprised (and honestly a little heartbroken) to see just how many women either hesitated to step in front of the camera or couldn’t fully enjoy the experience because of that nagging inner critic.


I heard it in the nervous laughter, felt it in the way some women held back, and some even took themselves out of the situation altogether... even though I could see deep down they really wanted their photo taken. But, it was just too much and they couldn't go through with it.

These were stunning, powerful, intelligent women - and yet it seemed that many of them didn’t feel “enough.”


But here’s the truth:

You are beautiful - stretch marks, scars, soft bellies, laughter lines and all.

Everyone else in that room? They feel exactly the same way you do.


And here’s the part we all need to hear: Stop comparing yourself.

That little thing you dislike about yourself? I promise, no one else has even noticed it. And that person you’re silently comparing yourself to? Chances are they’re doing the same thing in reverse. It’s a vicious loop that steals our joy and blinds us to our own unique beauty.

A Little Note About Jasmine 💕


Every photo you see in this post features my incredible partner, Jasmine. And believe it or not - she wasn’t confident in front of the camera at first either.
