Couples Boudoir Photography

Couples photography that feels like you
A couples boudoir shoot is about capturing the chemistry between you - not forcing you through a list of awkward poses.
Your session can be romantic and understated, dark and sensual, playful, intimate or considerably more daring. We’ll talk about what you both want beforehand and build the shoot around your relationship, your boundaries and the kind of images you want to create.
You don’t need any modelling experience and you definitely don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll give you plenty of direction throughout, while leaving space for the natural moments, expressions and interactions that make the photographs feel genuinely yours.
If you want to try a few ideas together first, my at-home couples boudoir posing guide includes four poses designed to create natural interaction rather than stiff setups.
Couples sessions are relaxed, private and completely judgement-free, welcoming couples of all genders and sexualities.

Where can we have our couples photoshoot?
Couples boudoir sessions can take place in carefully selected studios, hotels and other private locations across Hertfordshire, London and further afield.
The right location depends on the look you want to create. That might be a bright bedroom with natural light, a darker studio for something moodier, or a more luxurious setting for a cinematic feel.
If you already have something specific in mind, tell me when you enquire, and we can build the shoot around it.

Ready to create something together?

Whether you're doing this to celebrate your relationship, build confidence together or simply because you fancy creating some bloody good photographs, tell me what you have in mind.

Couples boudoir photography FAQs
Do we need experience in front of the camera?
Not at all. Most couples I photograph have never had a boudoir shoot before. I’ll guide you both throughout the session, from where to stand and what to do with your hands to creating natural interaction between you.
How intimate does a couples boudoir shoot have to be?
As intimate as you both want it to be. A session can be romantic and relatively understated, sensual, topless or considerably more daring. We’ll discuss boundaries beforehand, and nothing is expected or pressured during the shoot.
What should we wear for a couples boudoir shoot?
There are no fixed rules. Lingerie and underwear work well, but shirts, jeans, robes, dresses, bodysuits or simply something that feels like you can work just as well. We can discuss outfits and the overall style before your session.
Where do couples boudoir shoots take place?
I photograph couples in studios, hotels and private locations across the UK. You can choose a location that suits the style and atmosphere you want to create.
